We ask all our clients to password protect any personal data they send to us, and upload it via a password-protected web form. This data is uploaded to a MySQL database and is removed once The Lotus Collective have download and processed it. The password protected file is then held on The Lotus Collective's internal server which is locked in a restricted access room. The data is accessible only by Data Processors. The original data file is kept for a period of 30 days and then deleted.

We use traffic log cookies on this web site which are totally anonymous, and are used purely to analyse how users navigate around our site. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs.
